ABOUT ANCHORED EATS.
Anchored Eats was established in 2021 by three longtime friends who had a dream to bring a floating food boat accessible to both boaters and sand dwellers at Folsom Lake, the place they have all loved to spend most of their time in the summer. There was always one problem while out on the boat, which was always running out of food or forgetting to bring food! That is where Anchored Eats was born. The menu showcases the chef, Ruby’s specialty recipes, including the Folsom Blues Burger, Knot Your Average Dog, and Tentacle Fries. She has been making these specialties at home for years, and was ready to share them with fellow lakegoers. The mission of Anchored Eats is to serve high quality fresh food at an affordable price while focusing on keeping our lakes clean. Here at Anchored Eats, we have made it our purpose to use all eco-friendly and recyclable cleaning supplies, serving dishes, and utensils. Anchored Eats is a family-friendly business that enjoys serving both new and returning customers. The newest addition to the Anchored Eats family is the Granite Bay Snack Shack, which is opening May 26th, 2023. The Shack will feature a full patio dining area, new exclusive items, as well as paddleboard and kayak rentals available on a first-come, first-served basis. Whether on the beach or on the lake, Anchored Eats has got you covered!
